There's also a question for us about whether we'd derive more tax benefit from investing in a mixed use owner/user property which was partly occupied by our LLP business, or whether it would be more beneficial to simply acquire an investment property that we did not use for our LLP business at all, since it seems that we could generate more income that way and could use that income to help pay for office space elsewhere.So we really would appreciate some input on some of these concepts rather than being sold an investment into someone else's project.

Eventually there's going to be a site that's good for owners, probably a flat fee model, free for users and the savings will destroy VRBO and Airbnb.

We look around and theirs seems to be a complete system with free software access that users can customize and send bills to tenants using emails and/or text messages.

They are free (or at least free up to a certain # of units) and offer  most of the same features  along with very friendly user interfaces for both tenant and landlord.  

I use Airbnb.com because for me, this is the most user friendly sight.

You can also have your cleaners download the app and have specific user-permissions to allow for task-based scheduling and cleaning checklists.

$15 - just having them come and go, change lights on and off, make it appear occupied encourages party kids, drug users, and bad guys to go somewhere else.

There are thousands if not a hundred thousand or more BP users within a short distance of you.
