Also, short term rentals can be very profitable if set up right.

I am not sure how inheritance works but the original plan was for my mother to get the house but she is tired of managing it and my grandmother wouldn't give it up right now because she wants to go back to living in it.  

Our maintenance team is very affordable, but it kills me to have a client pay for some simple repairs like a leaky faucet, door knob falling off or not lining up right, bedroom door not closing properly, dryer vent hose fell off, can light came loose, toilet not flushing well, no heating/cooling, the list goes on.

Although prices are up right now in this sellers market, it’s the same all over California.

FWIW I tried paper trading for a while to learn about trading stocks, but now that I'm investing and trading for real I can see how little real value that provided -  like learning the forms of a martial art but never actually sparring. 

Your tenant must not understand that most manufacturers, especially window manufacturers are extremely backed up right now.

If that is a community property state, or marital property state, then the property owned by husband is martial property.

@Zach OlmsteadIn my experience, seller financing deals (when advertised as such) are scooped up right away and the sellers know they can command a price over market since they are aware how sought after these deals are.
