If you're looking for a healthier blend of cash flow and appreciation, I'd look elsewhere in the city such as the areas on the perimeter of the already hot areas.

To me this neighborhood offers a very good blend of being reasonably priced, very active (alot of rehab going on), lots of families, close to Swamp Rabbit Trail, and is just a 10 min drive from downtown Greenville.Good luck with your search!

A parlor was converted to a bedroom by making the entrance smaller and adding a door so I'm not sure what I will find behind that paneling, its probably not plaster and lath so I'll need to make the drywall portion blend seamlessly with the rest of the plaster wall.

Once you get that sanded to where it's pretty smooth and close to blended with the top, you're going to use your premixed mud to put another coat, very thin, blending it into the top.
