Pay fast food workers $22/hour. 25% tax on anyone that sells a property within 5 years of purchase, any vacant hotel rooms must be made available to the homeless, stealing less than $1,000 isn’t a crime, protests against cleaning up parks, free drug needles, camping on the sidewalk and in peoples yards is a right, etc etc etc. 15 years ago NONE of these things would have been predicted.

We did what they asked -- had signs put up in the area to make it more safe, asked for additional police presence in the neighborhood because the neighbors feel "unsafe", invited all 20 houses to an open house to get to know us and address concerns, installed ring cameras, addressed parking concerns, the list goes on with actions we have taken to address the issues.........as of last night the planning and zoning committee denied us again based on the protest of the neighbors at the hearing.

Also, you are more likely to protest taxes than the owner-occupant.You should be aware that there was a case tried in Cincinnati about 4 years ago that successfully challenged the single family rental property inspections.
