There used to be a general search bar where I could type a few words and get all discussions related to that topic.

A good one, to be sure, but there are others with similar returns and lower bars for entry. 

@Casey Miles - Here is a brief overview from the NC Bar of the Landlord/Tenant Law in NC.

Baltimore can go from 300-400k townhouses to bars and boarded up windows in a couple of streets.

There will be free food, a cash bar and an auction to raise money for Harvesters. 

There should be nothing barring you from locking the water spouts.

If you have done a number of commercial multifamily deals on your own and can put it together into a small package while talking to investors, that will raise your bar in their eyes!

@Nathan Platter One would hope the stadium would generate bars and restaurant scene with some thrifty shops.
