Don't feel bad or picky there is always a way to tailor the purchasing process.

As with most things there are applications tailor made for a business and then there is everything that falls through the cracks or must be customized to fit the specific processes/preferences of the business.

@Connie Dai   There are some rules of thumb but that need to be tailored to the specific situation. 

From your website, it looks like you are tailored to people who are close to foreclosure. 

There is also a great deal of flexibility in drafting trusts, so a trust can really be tailored to your needs and goals. 

I guess I should tailor my question a little more.

Make sure you understand your reason behind investing and then tailor your search to meet that "why"

@Derek Anaeme Most of those crowdfunding sites you mentioned are tailored to accredited investors, which it doesn't sound like you are looking for.  

Is there a software that is tailored for smaller portfolios and that is very simple but still includes a lot of the things that I would need?
