Will my IDR plan amount be what is factored into my DTI versus a percentage of my loans? 

Need some advise on long term tax strategy as a secondary home (out of state) versus an investment property. 

These types of places typically don't use alot of technology or have great systems, making it easy from a management perspective to turn things around.
