You would be pleasantly surprised what you find and that people are willing to teach and help for little to nothing if you're willing to be humble and offer some value for their time.

I'm just thinking about the user experience of someone wanting to make a booking and being surprised/confused about the huge price jumps, but I'll give it some thought.

It's in an "unincorporated" county so we have no STR restrictions which was a really nice surprise.

EDUCATE YOURSELF - yes, it will take time, but will lead to a selection that better meets your expectations & avoids potentially costly surprises!

I was on the HOA board of a luxury building in San Francisco and you would be surprised at how many people will let their dogs pop and pee in the common areas (killing very expensive plantings).

This is surprising given the fact that it is one of Astoria’s most densely populated areas.
