The Plus subscription would allow you to keep track of each property/project and produce reports for them individually in addition to keeping track of the entire business as a whole.  

You are still far off better doing them individually, as many of these lenders may not allow for a partial release.

You can do a "placement" fee when the individual first adds the animal, followed by a monthly fee.

That will be up to the facts of your individual case.

In fact, I see the housing market in the metro picking up substantially. 

With so many banks to choose from and me already doing thorough research, I was hoping someone had a personal good experience with a certain bank or an individual at a bank who understands our world.

So while you may get several numbers for an individual, not all numbers will still be active for that person so the total accuracy rate will go down.
