We renovated the properties and the cove completely redoing the properties themselves and adding fences to cut off walkways and cut-throughs from other neighborhoods and apartments, planting trees, shrubs and flowers, painting the brick to bring vibrant colors and generally raised the "look" of this area from urban decay to urban renewal.

i bought all of them, and mixed with buckets of cheap white paint to make nice soft lavenders and other colors...i had home depot intall the carpet and i threw a granite slab in..i even bought the appliances off of craigslist..i laid down some floating laminate in the kitchen and tile for the 2 baths...i spent maybe 2 or 3 days cleaning the place as well!

Keep colors in similar hues, etc.We've done similar CC&R's on a subdivision we developed, and we specified exteriors had to be stucco, roofs had to be of same quality, colors etc.

Also had to purchase reinforcer for mixing, primer for bonding the concrete to the backer, the color stain I wanted, a sprayer and a suitable top coat.Step 2: (Only for wood subfloor)Install HardiBacker, tape seems with fiberglass tape, serico all seams. 3 coats and sand.Step 3:Paint a coat of primer over everything and when tacky to the touch:Mix concrete with reinforcer and trowel on roughly an 1/8" thick everywhere.

I agree that most tenants have cell phones as a minimum - they usually have a smart phone from what I have seen in my area.Since you wondered what to do in case a landline is desired: If, as you say, the phone company's line does come to the house, then you should be able to identify a gray colored box where that wire terminates.
