I'll give you some numbers for the MTRs we manage in Los Angeles.1-2 bedroom MTRs stays are 1-3 months3+ bedroom MTRs stays are 3-6 months, but often start less than 3 months and extend their stayMTR marketing falls in 2 buckets.

Loan Officer, Brave Mortgage called me and we started a refinance option to be able to hold the property and get out of the balloon payment.

I recently moved to Barcelona with my gf and two dogs and we are considering starting our real estate journey with our first investment property either in Barcelona or Valencia.

They got into escrow, and then the tenant started to create a real challenge for the seller and ended up taking them to court for performance/lot line issues on the property.
