I think a lot of people spin their wheels looking for some imaginary deal without really defining what a deal is to them.

At this point my head started to spin thinking I was out $500K and I just wanted to get out of there to call my attorney and read the whole case file.

I try to take all comments/ideas positive or negative, from those I am in contact with, and spin it to work for me.

I haven’t used it yet but have a couple units open, so I might take it for a spin shortly.

Setting a goal means you are not spinning your wheels to that point...and you are accomplishing something positive.Once you reach that basic goal of income matching expenses, you then expand those goals.  

With that property, I plan to kick farming up a bit so there would be no pretending :)My wheels have also been spinning for about a year with business ideas for the land.

Instead of just spinning my wheels being excited I am writing down what I want to accomplish and what I need to do do accomplish my goals.

That puts a whole different spin on things....I will go out of my way to find you in Greenville and take you to lunch...that is a generous offer!
