But I would remain open to long-term rental as an option as this seems like a more stable option in terms of income, again this may be my inexperience talking.However, I have always  been somewhat risk averse and investing in real estate is always a big venture, in my opinion/experience, in terms of capital.

The situation allows for an excellent opportunity to work with a property manager and build trust.I am looking to gradually build and scale my real estate portfolio in Atlanta by purchasing one property each year.

Thing is, I will need to go DSCR loans from here on out or just stop buying new real estate altogether.

Hello everyone, My name is Asiel Zermeno, I am carpenter in Los Angeles who wants to pickup wholesaling real estate as a side hustle.

Far more than most real estate acitivies and much quicker think about it.. you sell the same info over and over and get paid instantly you have no roofs to fix no tenants to manage etc etc.. you do have reputation management of course.
