The economy is humming and we have very low unemployment (3.8%).

Most Fed members have just been repeating the “party line”: inflation is declining, but there’s “no rush” to cut rates with the economy and jobs market so strong.The jobs data didn’t help mortgage ratesNothing shocking from JOLTs.

This was due to the economies of scale, and efficiencies I just couldn't get myself. 

$150/ft for that size may be a little light due to the fact you don't get economies of scale building smaller. 

Tesla is building a semi truck factory and multiple data centers are bringing high paying jobs and diversifying the economy.  

I do not see it happening because housing is too large of a segment of the economy. 

You get SOME advantage of economy of scale on a 2-4 units like sharing the roof, one foundation, etc, however single family tenants are generally more caring of the house.

If the economy or housing market adversely shift, or if you are buying from a poor originator, or buying loans with low quality borrowers/properties, these results would deteriorate.But if you have capital for just a handful of loans, overall performance averages don’t apply.

First, when you describe "market", I assume you mean the global economy.
