When I went out to look at the meter which is the same meter under my name that was just switched out that I paid on they put a 2nd notice on my door about my broom under my window .

Visible dirt/dust on almost every surface, trash (including Q-tips) left on bathroom floor, toilet not cleaned, food splatter around kitchen, smudges on walls, windows and mirrors, list goes on... 

I've even had to reinforce the drawer slides. 

:) Cant image how small the window is to play an outdoor sport on a court in LV.... 

This might include smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, proper egress windows, and handicap accessibility. 

The way the condo is set up, I would need to allocate the one window in the living room to the new bedroom, meaning the living room will no longer have a window.I know bedrooms require certain legal restrictions to be met (2 egress, certain size, etc).

For example, a broken fridge door, broken window, holes in walls…Normally I would repair it but what if it’s becoming a constant thing?

As long as everything works (lights, plumbing, etc.) and there are no hazards (like an open ground) the big things are peeling paint (particularly on window sills) and smoke detectors.

I asked when I should visit and they provided a 3 month window of “nice” weather but not “San Diego nice”.  

Wait until you are close to your notification window, and then ask for their decision.
