If you are very good with Excel or similar software and understand the logic of the equations, you can simulate what the calculator does with graphics and everything (not worth the time thought if you don't know what you are doing).  

On the same note, I've been seeing some pretty disturbing graphics posted on instagram by "investors" breaking down how the BRRRR strategy works which demonstrate their lack of understanding of the topic they're attempting to teach!
