I will have to look in my library to see if I can find this materials.One big thing to think about is the time that school is not in session - summer time and how to make up that rental shortfall.

My husband and I went to a free 2 hr Fortune Builders seminar then paid $197 for a 3 day session.  

Mostly it's a cheer leading session that seems eerily similar to the mid-2000's.All we can really glean from the Zillow data is that since 2009 (the time period of the study), appreciation showed the largest volume gains (not even percentage gains) in the 5 West Coast markets.  

The reason we bought those was because it was one of the best buying sessions in history.. and lending was frozen by and large..  

I wish the Gurus would just be straight forward with people and start with this lesson.Class is in session people!

Was only disappointed with 1 of 11 sessions I attended.

Some off the beaten tracks are maybe some urban planning sessions or general business networking.
