This really has more to do with personal tastes than anything else.

If it tastes good you eat it.

I don't have a problem with with this but at the same time I don't want to risk painting to her particular taste and then having to repaint if she can't close.

A lot of people use social like a cake recipe without the key ingredients and wonder why the cake won't rise/bake well/taste good.

Too volatile for my taste. 

Once you get a taste of the big returns from value-add and market driven increases, it is hard to think along the lines of cashflow.

If I had a landlord that was pestering me and not leaving me alone, I might just call the cops to give them a taste of their own medicine and show them how it feels when they are starting to be too intrusive.

Really get a taste of what types of properties are available at each price point.

In all, our experience  has left a bad taste in our mouths and would not recommend them. 

SD is too nutso for my tastes :).
