I have heard positive things - expect lower overall returns in exchange for them doing the work! 

They're already there and given the holiday season, probably the traffic is light, so you can chat then up for 10-15m about the area, rental class, as well as any remarkable developments in the area that would positively impact that home/area. 

Although we do have deals on the lending side that dont work but we are not forced into a position to take big loss's like we were when the banks were calling our loans.. this will happen in the DSCR world as all these folks are using same type of debt IE debt that can be called based on the terms of the debt or like you have seen with the syndicators that are talked about on BP max leverage bad debt things dont go right And you have cap calls or projects totally lost. 

However, what I've learned is that for the most part, if most of your bookings are with guests that have a positive history (Airbnb/VRBO), your rates are competitive (to possibly slightly higher because you stand out, offer more, etc.), and you've made your House Rules clear, then don't sweat the small stuff.By that, I mean- you'll have guests who have 5-star ratings but can still leave a mess or damage (other owners didn't report accurately or it was complicated) but you have recourse via photo evidence (your cleaners, etc.) to ask for reimbursement (or use something like AirCover, etc.).

Shouldn't you be entitled to actual reports for the business seeing transparent financials along with understanding exactly what your equity position is?

Circumstances like not holding annual meetings for corporations, not having corporate resolutions , commingling funds, taking money out of the corporation personally without that withdrawal being either a salary or dividend, etc.
