What I've seen in the past, and what my husband's family has done for generations, is this; as parents get older, add the children to title with the appropriate legal safeguards so the parents can stay in the property if they wish, so they property doesn't get encumbered in the event there's a need for long term care etc...

You can sell the house after 1 year from purchase.The 203k loan is an incredible opportunity to buy a house and fix it up to your own taste with the banks money and with safeguards in place to protect you if this is your first rehab.I would highly recommend it.

I have found since I have been in bigger pockets I have ran across some of the most rudest buyers who want properties but want you to work for free...I am not sure where in america it states free but I feel like this we as wholesalers, marketers, Consultants should be able to make a living as well and not just hand out properties and buyers run with them..Some of you know who you are..I run a business been in business 3 years going on 4 I have never ran into a bunch of men who whine about a piece of paper to safeguard me and my family.
