Massive dehumidifiers are filling with at least 3-4 gallons of water daily - we can't rent until a slew of multi thousand dollar repairs are completed.We were told that the dehumidifiers the sellers had in the house were only used during the spring when snowmelt was very bad. 

Finding deals will make me hundreds and thousands of dollars an hour.

I cannot understand why someone would want to ruin a solid business partnership. 

We ended up refiling several of those returns and saving thousands.  

I've had to keep parts of deposits a time or 2 for broken/ruined items.

There are thousands of posts about FL.I love New Hampshire and think it can be good.

And a lot of start-up companies are migrating to this city as well because of the OSU campus that has thousands of talented students graduating and looking for positions locally.

It doesn't happen like a tenant, all at once, but it's death by a thousand paper cuts.

I would use a service such as vacationrentaldesk.com for this.A direct booking is no more risky than a booking through VRBO or Airbnb; they aren’t verifying identity, either.In fact, my own company has taken thousands of reservations over 19 years, and we don’t verify identity.
