Given the alternative, I would almost rather the calls go to a good voicemail message than have a robotic VA handle the calls (where it's obvious they're just reading questions and filling out a form).However you handle them, make sure it sounds & feels professional.  

Now if were are a robot we could stop there but:2) psychologically and financially can you handle paying out cash (and a lot of it based no that valuation) when something goes wrong (vacancy, required repair, capex, etc.) rather than getting checks?

I'm working on a monster blog post about financing and crowdunding is just one part.  

It's not some flip robot that you just put in motion and then find fat checks in your mailbox... despite the claims.

I've been to RE meetups where people looked at me like a monster for investing in a house out-of-state that I never saw in person.

Got all his books, read all his material, listen to his podcast (which is no where near as good as BP Podcast btw) and the guy is just a motivation MONSTER.
