It’s amazing a website this large and with this much revenue cannot put a viable app together..

I want to take this opportunity by qualifying for REP status.I have also been meaning to build 2 units in my backyard and put them on rent.

My birthday is one month from now and my goal is to put in the work I need to to quit my 9-5 job by then.

Do I have grounds to put a lien myself or levy the property from the owner?

My ways are not as conventional as others, but I would put my numbers against anyone on this forum. 

I am slowly going crazy with how expensive Massachusetts is and I am leaning towards looking at cheaper foreclosure properties.I understand there is some risk to this but I am beginning to think this is the only option I will have because of how fast the market is growing.Thank you for any insight you may have!

I know there is a lot that I'm going to need to learn, and ultimately it will come down to how much the student puts into it.

I tend to operate under conditions I’m familiar with, also taking calculated risks of what I don’t know yet.
