I have seen a number of investors recently look to the north and south of Denver hunting for a little better cash flow but staying relatively local.As for the subject of prices pausing or retreating, I have no crystal ball, but I see nothing at this point that would indicate a pull back in prices.

and or if developers are selling new construction to landlords.. they are being sold with 20 to 30% down so you have true equity in those deals.I think housing will cool a bit on the run up it always does.. but crash not so sure about crash and by crash I mean price retreat of 20 to 30% across the board.. it could happen in some regions.. but wide spread like 08 ..
