If the rent bounces/rejected, it'd be treated the same way as a bad check, and would then be late.If a tenant pays through cozy.co on the 8th, it is late  and we'd charge a fee, as we have a 7-day grace period.

They do give you advice about what to file based on what you listed, but you won't get a red flag or reject if you file something different.

That doesn't mean that they ask applicants if they have kids which can be seen as discrimination and if they reject based on kids then you are opening yourself up for legal trouble.
