Now, instead of getting the deed and who knows what additional costs I will have to pay to initiate these auctions, I would have to bid against the public and pay more money to win the deed.

@Keith CuddebackShould be able to see the recorded mortgage in public records and then do a little math/guessing to figure out aprx where they’re at.Otherwise, your buyer agent could call listing agent and ask.More than likely, it’s just going to come down to the price a seller is willing to sell for…and any educated seller wouldn’t sell for less than market value in this market.
