As a public service I'll share my pre-biggerpockets experience with one of these "100% lenders" I attempted to use one of these lenders, Quickfunding LLC out of New York.

What a private area is, is debatable, but is generally areas not viewable from public areas.

Now, instead of getting the deed and who knows what additional costs I will have to pay to initiate these auctions, I would have to bid against the public and pay more money to win the deed.
