I think if you can nail that down you will be able to find a market easier.As a buy and hold investor some of the things that were important to me when deciding on a market were landlord tenant laws, price to rent ratio, housing demand, ability to build a team, large population 500K plus, multi-family availability and some other factors.take the process step by step and you will be fine. 

Would it be possible to connect to discuss more about the process of purchasing property as a military investor? 

Maybe you have to have a little thought process too.   

Pricing was cheap but I didn’t feel comfortable with the process at all.Glad I trusted my gut and the process.

I'll look into qualifying for mortgages and how that whole process works.

The process went smoothly, and I’m happy I got a tenant so fast, but the high supply of new builds in the area makes me nervous.

I’m also in the process of launching a new home inspection company, which I’m confident will help me get back on track financially.
