A ttiel company will prepare lots of other documents to sign at closing and usually there will be an application and an appraisal. 

An LLC would be useful for  banking, accounting and tax return preparation.

It takes a lot of preparation - from the farmer to the butcher to the marinade. 

Things won’t always go as planned, but with the right mindset and preparation, you can navigate the challenges and come out successful!

Best to prepare before doing so, so that you can meet with (or terminate) your existing PM, view your rehab, and meet with the new PM(s) and contractor(s) before finalizing things and heading back out. 

Part of that work should have been taking all the calls, doing all the showings, providing professional advice on the presentation and preparation of your home for the listing.

I guess nothing fully prepares you but life experience and the school of hard knocks!
