"Focus on income" is irrelevant if you're asking them questions about how many babies they plan to have, if anyone's pregnant, when they plan on getting pregnant, what birth control they use, bla bla bla.

Yeah that one there....The guy with the pregnant wife... yeah him... well he called me complaining that you are making a bunch of noise and there are a bunch of cars there.....

And I even got pregnant my first year in grad school!  

I NEVER thought anything would happen even though I was requiring already....Lo and Behold, tenant causes an oven fire, says "I have no idea how the inside of the oven caught on fire while we were cooking"....Restoration companies are called to come in..... tenant who burned our kitchen is pregnant and is asking for a hotel..... 

I asked her if she planned to quit smoking while pregnant and she told me, "I decided not to worry about that.

Avoid the possum women as much as possible (possum women are those who date someone and end up immediately pregnant by them, carrying a number of children around like possums carry their babies hanging off their...anatomy).

Apparently our plumber was ready to put the handy woman in the ground, the handy woman was drunk as a skunk and had signed paperwork with the local gas company to replace all the gas piping, $4k, and it went on and on.When I got home we had to apologize to nearly every tenant, fired the handy woman, who promptly smacked a pregnant woman (not our tenant) when she got home after being fired and ended up in jail for 39 days.Anyway, have a nice holiday!

My tenants had a baby so I sent them a $25 gift card to baby R us when they told me there where pregnant and then bought another $25 of baby stuff when their daughter was born.
