I'm a small business owner and my partner has a corporate job. 

The building is now vacant in the bottom portion including by sister's business.

Used PSI last year, they did a bad job, the snow wasn't even bad last year and with several attempts asking them to do better within the terms of the contract, they still sucked. 

Last time I checked only people who have lost a home are those who do not pay.
