A pro tip is if you call shared office spaces or co working spaces in your city they also offer virtual mailbox services at usually better prices than the national ones!

@Matt Huber I think you know your answer already Direct real estate ownership should compensate you appropriately why else be in the alternative space.  

Also I never buy anything from anyone on facebook, while you may think "hey whats $20", its learning to know who is and is not honest in this space and people like this typically are not going to be honest.

I think a lot of people like using the platform since even the primitive sites offer more space and privacy than a 'typical' public campground where you can hear the next guy snoring.

In-unit washer/dryer is always a plus people are willing to pay more for, but even it's just on site and not necessarily in their unit it will perform better than a space with no access to laundry.

Allow a pets and I think you will have a great spot.Would adding that extra space/ spending that money be reflected in an appropriate increase in the property value too?

For non-primary residences, they have to follow all of the following rules to receive a permit: - the property must be a minimum of one (1) acre in size (designed as a precaution to disturbances)- The building standards of the underlying zone district must be met - Adequate parking is provided - Defensible Space requirements are met - Valid water and sanitation must be demonstrated - No more than five (5) bedrooms are in the dwelling As time goes on, they continue to become more strict on the rules listed above here, and are actively regulating it.
