I think the first thing you have to do is take a step back and analyze your Dream, Vision, Purpose and Mission.

I have goals and a vision im going to achieve.

I am vested in a similar vision, big scale.Would love to take a look at what you've done next time i'm in this woods.I have 3 acres just west or Montgomery, TX that some friends and I have dropped some containers and barndominiums on and are developing.I came to Austin to start a small house and land development company. 

Of course, Joe Fallon's vision of Seaport helped that tremendously.

She has more short term vision then long term picture - but we are working on that.
