If you are having trouble sourcing either over a years-long period I agree selling makes the most sense.

We've had clients over the years who love Bronzeville & Hyde Park and have purchased large buildings with condo quality finishes or updated the buildings & are cash flowing while living in the building.

They have raised their prices double over a few months period we have been using their platform.

Where as, another home (2 bedrooms) I helped with in the SW section, right by the Timken factory, was purchased for $12,000 and after about $2,000 in fixes and updates is being rented for $650. 

also, to those who have invested in these notes, please update the thread on your experience(s) these many months on now. 

Is it currently fully-amortizing or is there any remaining interest-only period?

I dont think its a terrible idea to post to sites now that say updated photos coming soon.
