($80k renting for $1200 vs $40k renting for $800 multiplied by the ratio above vs boring consistency of the nicer area) Oh and I have zero excitement for apartments.

@Peter Mosites, I bought Speed Queen washer/dryers with a card system called Spyderwash.

At least here in Reno, NV, we saw about an 8-10% reduction in median home prices from the peak of 2022.
