As you’ve seen with current events of the covid-19 pandemic, rental income or even a w-2 isn’t a guarantee.

Even with the crazy stuff going on with the earthquake and pandemic, I have not noticed anything slowing down in the real estate world in Utah.

One item I did want to respond to is the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic.
