You could rent it to a food truck to use 1x a week for $100 a day or $400 a month2.

The Whole Foods/Trader Joes/Starbucks principle works as well.

Not aware of free software that offers everything you want.Software packages that do offer what you want, are too expensive for just one door.

     In reading the packaging further, they states it should only be in houses that maintain temperature of 65-85 degrees.
