They did appear later that day in camouflage outfits & the youngest (last hired) guy got to go down the 20ft deep cylinder to pull the motors while 4 guys stood around, 2 covered in blood from a recent kill.

The builder is a turn-key outfit where they offer plans to choose from and very little customizing.

Lots of bigger outfits do well with these mediums.

Great cash flow and even a decent shot at some appreciation.You can hire a PM or invest with a turnkey outfit.

just a wholesaler out fit calling you.. i get them daily. if its a decent property  then no reason to take  a discount to sell it. but if you want to discount to sell it.then as stated above just get ahold of all the we buy houses guys and have them compete

Then they have dedicated staff to resell the contracts or pipeline into the bigger turn key outfits who buy a lot if not a majority of their inventory through wholesale means. 

It was called JAEcs we, being my partner and I, were a small handyman outfit. 

And then you have the websites trying to be "Obamacare-for-Mortgages" that are courted primarily by bottom of the barrel outfits, so no love with the "just google it" solution either.
