Are there any banks doing refinances with some good rates at the moment?

I don't have a job at the moment aside for working at my church on the side.

Apparently, the builders are so busy, one year is very lucky, but two years is more likely and there is no incentive for builders at the moment.

I have decided not to go at the moment. 

Acting fast gives you the best chance but there will definitely be discouraging moments as properties in Bloomfield where the numbers are remotely attractive are getting a lot of attention.

I am trying to see if I can use a separate business bank account for each security deposit and avoid all the paperwork with W-9s.No need to suggest move-in fees - I am only interested in doing security deposits at the moment and am very familiar with Chicago RTLO.
