If my prediction is correct, this should be a mild recession rather than another Great Recession.  

If you're in an area where the weather is mild, it can be OK.

Matt, no big deal it was a mild hijack you live in VA so it made sense.Steve, that is exactly what I'm realizing.

If you can get property below retail market price, do a forced appreciation equity bump, and it will cash flow (even mildly), then you have an unrealized profit early on and are off to the races.

I'm closing on a nice mild fixer upper next week in the Keaau ag lots just south of Hilo near Kamehameha Schools.

However, I have adjusted to the heat through the years, and the beautiful spring/fall seasons along with the mild winters, make it all worthwhile to me.

You put it in the dishwasher detergent cup, instead of soap, and then ran a normal cycle with no dishes loaded. 

By day I'm a mild-mannered accountant, something I'm good at, but not excited about.
