(She had surgery around November 10 to correct her sinurses brought about by multiple broken noses over the years given to her by the ex-husband she told me she was trying to get away from.  

This started out with a sign for a vacant lot for sale that use to have a mobile home on it.A lady by the name of Ashley called showing a ton of interest, but we couldn't come to an agreement on price.A few days later she told me she was no longer interested because she was going to sell the mobile home she planned to move onto the lot.Of course I replied asking for more about the mobile home she now needed to sell.We discussed it and I set an appointment for the next morning to see it.Everything was as she explained over the phone.I told I'd have an answer for her within 3 hours because I needed to go to a closing on a property.Before/after my closing I spoke with the park manager and the man she purchased the mobile home from.

But I know I'd have been happy if my home came with Nest thermostats, Dropcam(s) in the nursery, wireless mesh pre-tested for that specific floorplan, one of those doorbell cameras, etc.

It only gets compounded when you're trying to fit multiple sales into one purchase and have to mesh that into the time constraints of the first sale.  

She told me she would talk to the guys upstairs and "see what she could do."  

The camera is connected via wifi to a TP-Link router with a LTE air card plugged into the USB port.

After she signed the contract and gave me the check she proceeded to tell me she has a bi polar daughter who got out of jail recently and it’s trying to get her to move in.

From what he's told me she's always paid her rent (although she has been known to be late).

I would add the following:the $100 security doors at Depot are junk and thieves can easily cut through the wire mesh to unlock the thumb-turn deadbolt.

Along with building a bridge to RE financially, I do think the nature of the work could mesh well with it too.
