I've had this rental for 10 years and never had a massive repair like this.

With that being said, would the demographic I rent the 2-3 unit MFR be different from the demographic targeted by this massive rise in larger MFR (apartment complexes etc)? 

If it continuously happens, it soaked into the concrete, which causes a whole new set of problems.

You would need quite a massive amount of training data to actually build something like that for it to actually give valid and relevant results.

People bidding up way too high thinking that the inside of the house "might not be that bad" to find foundation issues, concrete in pipes, rot, termite damage and a previous fire all occurred there?

But I was working for a very large bank and saw how futile it is for massive financial firms to adopt new payment systems.
