This saves any late night or inconvenient trips, and also prevents some potential use of a locksmith possibly damaging my locks or doors.Hopefully this helps save some people time!  

Mine in Texas may run $600 because the Constable's want a crew of 6 and the locksmith all at the same time.

I just didn't know that.I don't have my own network of  subs carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, locksmiths, landscapers and pm's  ( I now try to get contact info of every person I see in a pickup or van that does residential work) I have at least 3 plumbers now on my list.Must Do'(s)In the 30k market what I found is most important is KEEPING THE GRASS CUT.

@Austin Davis If you want to track each and every detail, you should be paying the bills not your property management company.So let me ask you, do you want to spend all that time to rekey?

Looks like I may have to rekey again!

He got the bid and we went to the house to meet the locksmith.

Communication around the turn over was excellent and the move out report and repair estimate was in line with a move out with only minor paint touch up/lawn maintenance/rekey/etc type expenses. 

If you cannot be there you will need a contractor/locksmith or point of contact you trust to secure the property once the tenants/items are removed.
