Depending on your budget- the curb appeal would be greatly enhanced by painting the brick a lighter color- white or pale gray so that the entry doesn’t look so dark and unwelcoming.

I am purchasing these apartment complexes now at about $33,000 a door in a blue collar good hard working neighborhood where I would not feel afraid for my 16 year old niece to walk around at 9:00 pm. on a Friday night.
