I am a quick learner and realized that if I want an infinite Cash on Cash return, the price has to be cheaper and/or the rehab budget has smaller.

I know young is the best time to invest Because I have time on my side- I'd love to know how it all works start to finish.I've read, listened to, wrote notes about a lot of things and now it's time to apply the information but I'm a visual learner -- Somehow I wish I could shadow a legit deal, from start to finish - --from first email/call to the last signature needed to close -- Therefore I know exactly how it works.
