I never used to listen to podcast but just love the invaluable information you can get all while driving.I'm trying to leverage the knowledge I've gained at college having receiving my Construction Management degree and also my (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) L.E.E.D Green Associate credential within the RE world. 

The military has provided me with a lot of leadership experience to include operations officer of over 1000 soldiers and I'm currently a company commander of 250.

They have a great leadership. 

Im generally on the low end of the totem pole in my circle of friends with only a bachelors degree.
