Why don't you purchase them and self-print labels to go over the original factory label.

Surely that's not a label you want attached to you or your investing business.

It doesn't matter what the error is, it can be anything from incorrect square footage on the subject property (or any of the comps) to having a comp incorrectly labeled as having lake privileges.  

Don't be labeled the slum lord by the inspectors, they are the ones you have to play nice with.
