@Jeff Anderson  I have had a related issue with Verizon, they won't install internet for the building or let me add a unit that doesn't exist. 

@Sean Gribbons I would recommend that you do some internet sleuthing to find a loan officer who is experienced with new condo developments.  

In HUD’s experience, such documentation from the internet is not, by itself, sufficient to reliably establish that an individual has a non-observable disability or disability-related need for an assistance animal.

Investors don't control an appraisal, in fact attempting to do so is illegal (that's from the bureaucratic side of me that can save many newbies tail end if they only heard from the likes of some on the internet).It's more prudent listening to what an appraiser has to say about what they would like to see or not see than 20 investors with opinions gained over a sample size of 50 deals, even 250 deals.Not to discount Jasons work, but there are limitations.Take into consideration both sides, again. not all investors have the advanced social skills that may be required to favorably impress an appraiser, but it is clearly assumed that any newbie should follow the advice of those who have never been there or done that......Give me a break!

@Calvin Thomas INTERNET TROLL is someone who intentionally posts inflammatory, irrelevant, or offensive comments online to provoke or upset others.

I focused in on Aldea Zama due to proximity to beach and town as well as internet.

Some guy on the internet with something to sell says it's a good idea (more of a general statement - not coming directly at you), so they decide to go all in on a flip in a city that they have never visited. 

After doing numerous internet searches, it does not come up in any fashion under my name - and this guy somehow got it.

. 😊 Justin, If people are recognizing you based on false and inflated statements you put out on the Internet are you really anywhere at all?

Are you providing cable and high speed internet, security system, cleaning service etc?
