@Ankit Maewall why don't you start networking before you even move to Indy so you can have a base of people to interact with when you arrive.

These days all images are there from a drop box to allow users to interact with write up. 

I do not believe race is in any way involved, however this information helps to explain why there has been a lack of direct communication between myself and the other tenants.In the ten years I have lived here there haven't been any arguments, disputes, or angry interactions with anyone here.

To the point if she does file in small claims court I keep meticulous documentation of every tenant interaction as well as all forms so I feel that my case will be made with clear facts.

Has anyone had positive interactions with a particular company?

I have found that there are actually a lot of people with similar interests and goals for investing among the people I interact with on a day to day, and a lot of them have money just sitting around.

Just do your read blogs, listen to the podcasts and interact in the forums, after that you are golden.

I figure I won't remember the person from one hour to the next anyway...at least not until there's been a good bit of interaction. 

It will eventually catch up and serve today's market.I'm new, not sure if it's ok to barge in, but I figure interaction with the community is the easiest way to make friends and learn more.
