Everything they promised during my initial visit has so far been kept and delivered.After closing the first property in Nov I also got the property management agreement in place, which include a clause that ensures I will be paid the agreed rent for each property even if the TK company can't find a tenant right away.

David Hedges property tax drastically different from closing docs

I had been expecting tax to go up, as owner occupied is capped at 1%, and rental/business is 2%, I had expected it to be close to what had been estimated at closing though, for 2018. 1. taxes are paid in arrears, so at closing I get a credit for the tax the seller would pay for the 11 months they owned it, I am responsible for the time I owned it. there was a huge discrepancy in the estimated tax. 2. they did pay that tax, the tax paid in nov of 2018 was for the tax year 2017 however. 3 & 4.

@Rebecca Jackson Typically the 60 days' notice is from the 1st of the month, so if he gave notice on Aug 31, he'd be out Oct 31 and the place would be available for the next tenant to move in Nov 1.
