Garrett Swamp coolers are a great way to cool in a low humidity environment.

Perhaps in this case, it is the top on the tank that moved on them when they got up, they felt the toilet was lose because it made a weird sound, and maybe there was humid weather causing the reserve tank to sweat and drip around the base of the toilet?

Due to the cold temperatures and the furnaces being turned on, sudden shifts in temp/humidity/pipe leaks are happening all over the place.

The house clearly is holding a lot of humidity as seen with the foggy windows.I'm wondering if anyone has bought a property like this and what the worst case scenario could be?

If the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, I can imagine it is very humid/stuffy.

I use that hub to monitor the house temp, humidity and it is necessary for me.It is not a Samsung TV.

I really don't understand the appeal of Florida (ouside of vacation of course), but working in a hot or hot&humid climate is something entirely different.
